Wet Felting for Beginners

Join us for a creative and hands-on wet felting workshop where you’ll craft a beautiful, one-of-a-kind gift—perfect for someone special or as a treat for yourself!

Choose from a variety of small, functional projects: a felted vase, basket, bowl, or coin purse. With guidance from experienced Felter and instructor Jo Wheeler, you'll learn the basics of wet felting over a resist form and explore how to work with different types of wool, silk, and plant fibers.

This class is perfect for beginners and a great foundation for more advanced felting projects. Depending on time and your pace, you may even have the opportunity to create a second item.
