Create lifelong memories for your child! The Dalles Art Center Summer Art Camp is a week of exploration, creativity and fun. No experience is necessary. This is a supportive environment for kids entering grades 2 - 6 to engage with art and make new friends.

About The Event
Learn the basics of ceramics with instructor Amber Anderson for Week 2 of Summer Art Camp. Each day students will learn new hand building skills, finishing with a Student Art Show on Friday, July 12th, to show off all their new clay creations!
About the teacher:
Amber Anderson has been a student of ceramics for a decade. She is consistently learning from her surroundsing and fellow artists that she has met along the way. Amber is always excited to pass her knowledge on to others and to gain more insight as she shares her skills and love for pottery.
Summer Art Camp runs Tuesday - Friday from 9:00 am - 4:30 pm. Supplies and instruction are included in your fee. Each camper will need to bring their own snacks, lunches and beverages. Wear comfortable clothes that are ok to get messy in and comfortable shoes for walking. We walk to City…
