Kids Create!

Every Saturday from 10am to noon, children ages 7 to 12 are invited to drop in and unleash their artistic talents at The Dalles Art Center. With a different art activity awaiting them each week, young artists have the freedom to explore various mediums and techniques at their own pace. The convenient drop-in format allows parents to easily accommodate their busy schedules without making an advanced commitment.

At Kids Create!, the artistic journey doesn't end when the class does - every week, students have the opportunity to bring home the magic with our take-home kits. Each participating child receives a carefully curated kit containing the necessary supplies to continue their learned art project at home. We want to ensure that every young artist has everything they need to keep their creativity flowing beyond the classroom.
