About The Event

Students will have the freedom to explore different fine art mediums in this 4 week program. With guidance and instruction students will learn how to use a variety of different materials to create their own work and build confidence in their own creative style. We will explore the process of creating a still life, adding color, texture, style, and definition. Students will be encouraged to venture into areas of interest and begin to build a true passion for the work they are creating.

About the instructor:

Lisa Arroyo studied ceramics at the California college of the Arts and earned her bachelor’s degree in General Fine Arts from Pacific Northwest College of the Arts. She currently works as an afterschool teacher in Hood River.
