Location: The Pines Estate located at 5450 Mill Creek Rd., The Dalles, OR 97058 (click for directions) 

Time: Doors open at 5:30 pm and the event ends at 9:00 pm (See event schedule below)

Hot tip: For a fast check-in & check out save your credit card information in your account when you purchase tickets.

Activities: Line Dancing with Kat, Raise the Paddle with Emcee & Auctioneer Archer Mayo, Lawn Games, Beddazzler Station (bedazzle your outfit!) and more. There will be contests for a variety of best dressed categories (e.g., best sparkle in your outfit or biggest belt buckle) with prizes and applause! Archer Mayo will lead our Raise the Paddle fundraising activity.

Food: Hors d'oeuvres and desserts provided. Each event ticket includes (1) complimentary drink and there is a no host bar of The Pines 1852 wines, local beer, and non-alcoholic beverages. Dinner will not be served.

Attendee Gift: Each ticket includes one gift: a custom designed bandana! Pick up your bandana at check in.  See the bandana design below.

Attire: The theme is Diamonds & Denim and we highly encourage all sequins, jean outfits, cowboy/cowgirl hats and other Western Wear. Imagine you are attending the Grand Ole Opry in 1977 or you are Britney Spears & Justin Timberlake attending the 2001 American Music Awards. PLEASE NOTE: This event takes place at a working vineyard, and you will be standing on grass, gravel, and dirt for the evening. High heels/stilettos are NOT recommended. It may get cooler as the evening progresses so please bring layers.

Parking: Parking is available nearby in the front field. If you need ADA parking or drop off - these are available. Please email eventsthedallesart@gmail.com using the subject line: ADA to let us know about your parking need.

Dogs, Kids & Booze: No dogs allowed on site. The Pines Estate is a working vineyard, and pets are not allowed. This is a 21+ event, please leave children at home. No outside alcohol can be consumed on site per Oregon Liquor Laws.

Schedule:

5:30 pm: Doors Open & Event Check-in Starts.

5:30 - 6:30: Eat, drink, play games, Bedazzle your outfit & enjoy the beautiful setting of The Pines Estate. Welcome and Round 1 of Best Dressed contests with Archer Mayo, Emcee.

6:30 pm: Line Dancing with Kat.

7:15 - 8:00 pm: Archer Mayo, Emcee & Sally Johnson, Executive Director - The Mission of The Dalles Art Center, Raise the Paddle and Round 2 of the Best Dressed contests.

8:00 pm: Dessert is served! Line Dancing with Kat.

8:30 - 9:00 pm: Event Check Out & Guest departure.

9:00 pm: Event ends
