Weave a Bench/Wall Basket

Great for hanging on a hook, the back of a chair, or bench. Chris Bush initially created this basket for a client that worked on a loom and needed a basket for her tools. This basket was created to hang on her bench. Since then, many students have woven this basket for the bathroom, kitchen, or  to catch mail. In two evening sessions, you will have a basket completed and ready to work for you.

Instructor Bio: 

Christina Bush is a basket weaver and a quilter. She started weaving about 9 years ago when she wanted a mental break from working full time and going to college full time. She started sewing at an early age with her grandmother sitting at a Singer treadle machine. This love for crafting and making carried through her life as a military spouse and mother of two. A couple of years ago friends began requesting her to give classes because there were very flew places to learn this craft. So, she created Twisted Fibers Baskets and Quilts and started teaching in 2018. Chris has been in the Pacific Northwest for 14 years and teaching classes in Washington and now Oregon.
