About The Event
Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with a special bilingual Story Hour at The Dalles Art Center! Families are invited to enjoy engaging stories presented in both English and Spanish that celebrate the rich cultures, traditions, and voices of Hispanic communities. Following storytime, children will create a fun, hands-on art project inspired by the books and themes of the day.
Presented in partnership with The Dalles-Wasco County Public Library, this free, family-friendly program encourages a love of reading while celebrating language, culture, and creativity. Whether your family speaks English, Spanish, or both, everyone is welcome to join us for a morning of stories, art, and community.
Recommended for preschool and early elementary-aged children, but all ages are welcome with a caregiver.
